STEP 1

Build your base

To reduce the risk of injury please read instruction manuals for all tools used in this project. Wear eye and respiratory protection. Use clamps to support work piece whenever practical. First measure out the following pieces to length using your tape measure and make your mark using your pencil. • (2) Sides - 1/4'" x 2 ½" x 6" • (1) Handle Rod- 1/4" x 2 ½ x 9" • (1) Bottom - 3/4" x 9 1/2 " • (6) Front Fences - 1/4" x 1 ¼" x 10 ½"

STEP 2

Measured twice? Now cut once!

Now that you've marked your measurements, lock it down. Clamp the wood you plan to cut onto your workbench using an Irwin clamp to hold it in place. Be sure you wear a dust mask when cutting. Once secured, take your Dremel Ultra-Saw and attach the wood cutting blade. Set the depth to ¾". Helpful hint: For flat pieces of wood only, place a separate wooden board against the mark to help guide your saw as you make your cut, this will help ensure you cut a straight line. Also remember to account for your guide on your saw by measuring half an inch to the left of your cut line in the direction you are going to cut in.
